Code Arena 2025: Building on the success of Code Arena 2024, we’re making this year’s event even bigger and better. It’s a chance for engineers to collaborate, tackle real-world challenges, and showcase their expertise in a dynamic, engaging environment.

Performance & Growth Initiatives. We are enhancing Performance Management with retrospectives and launching the Talent Management System to ensure every engineer sees the impact of their work, receives recognition for their contributions, and has a clear path for growth.

We’re focused on empowering our teams, celebrating achievements, and fostering an environment where everyone can reach their full potential. 2025 is all about growth, collaboration, and innovation—and we’re excited about what’s ahead!
