I come from a background in management consulting and operational leadership, with over two decades of experience across global IT services, workforce strategy and account leadership.
I've always been drawn to the discipline of turning complexity into clear, repeatable delivery, and to the people side of getting that right. That combination is what pulled me toward global delivery leadership over the course of my career.
I joined Exadel in 2026 as Chief Delivery Officer. I lead our global Delivery Target Operating Model, drive AI adoption and delivery governance, and own account health and resourcing discipline across the organisation.
