I'm the SVP and Managing Director of Tangent, which was acquired by Exadel in May 2026, and lead all business operations across its global workforce. Prior to joining in January 2023, I built a track record of leading digital technology businesses, most notably as CEO of Wunderman Thompson Technology, a $50m specialist digital division of WPP, where I led a team of00 staff across seven global offices.
I have over 15 years’ experience in Executive Management, Consulting, Client Management, Business Development and Marketing, leading both large businesses and boutique consultancies on technology and digital transformation initiatives. Across all my roles, I have kept my finger on the pulse of the industry and built close relationships with client-side voices.
Outside of my management responsibilities, I have sat on many technology advisory and partnership boards, including Adobe, Sitecore and Microsoft, in addition to Inclusion & Belonging boards. I was inducted into the BIMA 100 in 2018 before becoming a mentor in 2019 and an awards judge from 2020–2024 and beyond. I am well-known and recognised in the industry.
In my spare time, I have now hung up my football boots but remain very active. I go running every week and spend a lot of energy chasing round my two mischievous sons and dog.
