Over the past decade, I have worked extensively with private equity portfolio companies, leading ambitious high-growth strategies, complex M&As, and facilitating huge operational turnarounds and successful exits.

Throughout my career, I’ve successfully led large-scale commercial expansions, strengthened global sales networks, and nurtured trusted, lasting partnerships and customer relationships.

In my role at Exadel, I bring deep expertise in P&L management, SaaS, cloud solutions, and digital transformation allowing me to lead our teams to tackle our clients’ most complex technology challenges. I am committed to building a culture of excellence across everything we do.

In my personal time, Claire and I along with our three children enjoy all equestrian pursuits, travelling & exploring the coast. We are very fortunate and enjoy living on the south coast in the New Forest, Hampshire, UK.
