I come from a background in Business Consulting and Operational Leadership and have over 25 years of experience working across many sectors including IT. I have a special interest in people management and operational performance so it was perhaps inevitable that I would be drawn to a career spanning these.

I decided to join Exadel in January 2022 as I was impressed by the company’s potential and the shared passion and commitment of the team. As interim Chief People Office and Head of Transformation, I drive Transformation Initiatives across the organization and run our global People Operations team.

Originally from the UK, I’ve been lucky to have worked and lived around the world and now call Connecticut, in the US, home.  I’m a keen athlete and have competed in several marathons in countries where I’ve lived.
