I've been building enterprise software for 20 years. AI is the biggest shift I've seen, and I get to lead it.
I'm Chief Enterprise AI and Solutions Officer at Exadel, where I lead our Enterprise AI business globally. Exadel, where I’ve worked since 2020, is an engineering firm with serious AI delivery depth, which turns out to be a rare combination right now.
Most of my focus is on agentic AI: helping companies build agentic products from scratch and integrate intelligent agent layers into software they've already shipped. In addition, I help enterprises go AI-native in how they run their business and operations, and transform how engineering and product teams build software.
My background runs through software engineering, RPA, and intelligent document processing, including years automating mission-critical operations for some of the world's largest banks and financial institutions. I've worked with Fortune 500 companies and PE-backed mid-market SaaS and tech businesses.
Outside of work, you'll find me offshore chasing saltwater fish or, when the mountains call loud enough, somewhere above the treeline.
