The Challenge

With a large, complex platform, even basic requirements were hard for devs and QAs to pin down—slowing down every sprint.

Developers and testers were spending hours understanding what should happen, rather than building and validating quickly. But since Frontline was focused on accelerating delivery, such bottlenecks were never going to be acceptable.

The Solution

Frontline’s customized Lumea deployment was built in under four months and deployed in just one. It connected Lumea to Confluence, code repos, legacy docs—and included a custom integration with Frontline Education's own Learning Center.

Before Lumea, even a simple product question meant digging through Confluence or chasing down a Product Owner. 

Now, role-specific personas allow QAs, devs, and support teams to get immediate responses in their language. A tester could ask, “What happens when a store requisition is returned from approved?” and get an answer plus a Gherkin test case.

Adoption isn’t left to chance either. A real-time dashboard shows exactly which teams are using Lumea—and how it shows up in sprint velocity.

Lumea enabled deep analysis of intricate business logic from the legacy desktop application and translated it into clear, structured, and highly detailed requirements for the CA ERP web product.
