Exadel partnered with the client to design and deploy a production-grade, AI-first platform, starting with rapid prototyping that merged three fragmented datasets into a single intuitive interface with clear visuals and context.
The MVP introduced natural-language querying and dynamic dashboards for fast insight access. As it scaled, the platform migrated to Microsoft Azure for performance at enterprise scale.
Exadel embedded Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) to link real-time performance metrics with contractual and engineering documentation for transparency and traceability, and added admin controls to align access with roles and accountability.
