Our 5-step interview process is simple, structured, and fully transparent. We respect your time—and make sure you always know what’s next.
1. CV / Application Review
We review your application to understand your experience and see how it matches the role and our projects.
2. Talent Partner Interview
A short, informal conversation to get to know you, discuss your background and expectations, and share more about Exadel and the role.
3. Technical Evaluation
A role-specific technical interview or task focused on your skills and problem-solving approach.
4. Client or Team Interview
An interview with your team lead, a technical architect or our client, to discuss the project, collaboration, and mutual expectations.
5. Offer
If it’s a match, we’ll make you an offer and guide you through the next steps.
