1. How do I refer someone?

Check out our open positions. You can refer them to a specific open role.

2. What makes a referral valid?

To keep it fair and clear, make sure:

  • They’ve said “yes” to being referred.
  • They haven’t applied to Exadel in the past 3 months.
  • They’re not already talking to our recruiters.
  • No one else has recently referred them to us.

3. What if there’s no open role right now?

No problem. You can still refer them. Just share their specialization in the “Comments” box when submitting the form.

4. Can I refer more than one person?

Yes! Refer as many awesome people as you want—for one role or for several. Keep ‘em coming.

5. What countries are eligible?

Right now, the External Referral Program is open to:

  • Poland
  • Bulgaria
  • Hungary
  • Georgia
  • Uzbekistan

You and the person you’re referring must both live in the same eligible country—and be legal residents or citizens there.

6. How long does a referral stay active?

Referrals are valid for 3 months from the date you submit them.

7. What’s the probation period?

It usually lasts 3–6 months, depending on the country. Their manager might extend it, if needed.

8. When do I get the referral bonus?

Once your referral passes probation, we’ll pay out.
If they don’t accept the offer—or leave before finishing probation—no bonus is issued.

9. How much is the referral bonus?

It depends on the final role they’re hired for.
If you refer someone for a senior role and they join as a mid-level hire, you’ll get the mid-level bonus. Still a win.

10. What if they’re hired for a different role than I suggested?

You still get paid. The bonus will match the role they join.

11. How will I get my money?

We’ll pay you in your local currency according to local laws and processes. You’ll get all the info you need.

12. Do I need to pay tax on the bonus?

Yes—it’s considered income. You’ll need to fill out a quick form and include it as “other income” in your annual return.
