Recruitment Fraud Notice
Recruitment fraud occurs when malicious individuals pose as a company and advertise fictitious job openings in an attempt to deceive candidates into disclosing personal information or making financial payments. Unfortunately, these types of scams are becoming more prevalent.
To safeguard your job search, please consider the following:
1. No Payments Required
Exadel will never ask for payment during the job application process. Additionally, no payment is required to obtain equipment related to any potential job offer. Any request for funds should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately to [email protected].
2. Verify Job Listings
All legitimate job openings are posted on our official careers site https://careers.exadel.com/open-positions/. If a job opportunity cannot be found on our careers site, please reach out to [email protected] for verification.
3. Official Channels Only
Please ensure that any personal information provided is submitted only via our official careers portal or to corporate Exadel email addresses ending in @exadel.com. Avoid sharing personal details through informal communication platforms such as text messages, WhatsApp or Telegram.
4. Authentic Interviews
All interviews following initial contact will be conducted by individuals with an Exadel email address ending in @exadel.com or through Exadel’s official interview platform.
If you suspect fraudulent contact regarding a job opportunity with Exadel, we urge you to verify the authenticity by reaching out to [email protected]. Should you believe you have been a victim of recruitment fraud, please contact local law enforcement authorities.
