They’re the generation that never knew a world without the internet: they swiped before they spoke and googled before they asked. They were born, raised, and grew with the rise of technology—meet Generation Z. Now, they’re no longer students or dreamers. They’re adults stepping into the corporate world, entering the IT industry, and bringing a fresh wave of curiosity and creativity with them.
At Exadel, we believe the best way to move the industry forward is to support those just starting out. That’s why we invest in junior engineers from day one: through mentorship, real-world projects, and programs like our .NET Bootcamp.
Today, we’re spotlighting some of our newest team members: Gen Z engineers who went from bootcamp learners to full-time Exadellers. We asked them what they learned, how they’ve grown, and what it feels like to step into tech for the very first time. They challenge what’s outdated. They seek out what’s possible. This is the new, young generation of Exadel.
What is the most valuable experience you have gained from attending the .NET Bootcamp?
“I learned how to build real-world backend apps using clean architecture and microservice, work with MongoDB, and set up secure authentication with OpenIddict. I also got better at writing clean code, working with APIs, and solving problems as a team. Teamwork and communication were a big part of the experience, and I found that really valuable.”
(Boburjon Juraboev)
“The .NET Bootcamp helped me understand the full project cycle – from frontend to backend to DevOps. I gained hands-on experience using .NET for building both backend and frontend, Azure for deployment, and CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions for process automation. Seeing how all the pieces fit together was incredibly valuable.”
(Umidbek Makhammadsoliev)
What are your overall impressions of the .NET bootcamp program?
“My overall impressions are extremely positive. The mentor team was outstanding, guiding us with assignments, constant discussions, and quality feedback every step of the way. They created a true project atmosphere that exceeded all my expectations.”
(Makar Kniazeu)
“The program provided me with valuable hands-on experience and practical skills. It fully met my expectations by combining real projects with expert guidance. It was intense but rewarding. “
(Giorgi Uertashvili)
Can you describe your first months working at Exadel?
“When life is interesting, time really flies — and that’s exactly how my first month at Exadel has felt! I jumped straight into a client project and started learning a ton, both technically with .NET and personally through soft skill development. It’s exciting to be part of a global tech community that pushes you to grow every day.”
(Abbosjon Abdukayumov)
“It’s been a great experience! I remember my first days at the office, meeting my teammates, going through training, and learning about the project. I was especially excited because the project I got assigned to is connected to something I really enjoy—finance. Being part of Exadel’s global tech community feels really exciting.”
