What You’ll Do

  • Configure, analyze, and validate Calypso Back Office functionalities, including accounting, event rules, workflows, and reconciliations
  • Implement and parameterize Hedge Accounting frameworks (FASB 820, FASB 815, FASB 320, IFRS 9, IAS 39)
  • Configure Hedge Definitions, Hedge Accounting Schemes, Effectiveness Testing, Lifecycle Management, Reporting, and Posting events
  • Apply advanced portfolio hedge implementations (structured flows, swaps, bonds, FX forwards, bucketing, capacity testing)
  • Perform prospective and retrospective testing, functional validation, and documentation
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into Calypso configurations
  • Support SIT, UAT cycles, and go-live activities

What You Bring

  •  Degree in Accounting or Finance; Master’s degree is a plus
  • Strong Back Office experience including accounting and financial mathematics
  • Knowledge of derivatives valuation (NPV, MTM, accruals) and regulatory concepts
  • Strong understanding of Hedge Accounting strategies (Fair Value, Cash Flow, Net Investment)
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills
  • Experience working with multidisciplinary delivery teams

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience with Calypso, particularly Back Office and Accounting modules
  • Consulting experience in capital markets environments
