What You’ll Do
- Configure, analyze, and validate Calypso Back Office functionalities, including accounting, event rules, workflows, and reconciliations
- Implement and parameterize Hedge Accounting frameworks (FASB 820, FASB 815, FASB 320, IFRS 9, IAS 39)
- Configure Hedge Definitions, Hedge Accounting Schemes, Effectiveness Testing, Lifecycle Management, Reporting, and Posting events
- Apply advanced portfolio hedge implementations (structured flows, swaps, bonds, FX forwards, bucketing, capacity testing)
- Perform prospective and retrospective testing, functional validation, and documentation
- Gather business requirements and translate them into Calypso configurations
- Support SIT, UAT cycles, and go-live activities
What You Bring
- Degree in Accounting or Finance; Master’s degree is a plus
- Strong Back Office experience including accounting and financial mathematics
- Knowledge of derivatives valuation (NPV, MTM, accruals) and regulatory concepts
- Strong understanding of Hedge Accounting strategies (Fair Value, Cash Flow, Net Investment)
- Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills
- Experience working with multidisciplinary delivery teams
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with Calypso, particularly Back Office and Accounting modules
- Consulting experience in capital markets environments
