Enterprise Web Platform Development
Exadel developed a web platform based on Adobe Experience Manager for an enterprise client, allowing it to create a localized user experience on mobile and web.
About the Customer
A large enterprise client that provides technology solutions to international clientele.
Project
The customer’s enterprise is made up of multiple business units, subdomains, and small segmented websites which didn’t allow it to provide a manageable worldwide personalized user experience.
Solution
Our in-house AEM-certified development experts were responsible for migrating client units and multiple websites into one platform based on Adobe Experience Manager. The Exadel team designed the web platform’s architecture, provided the customer with consulting on best practices and capabilities, and initiated regular platform updates for availability, security, SEO, performance, and accessibility.
To meet the client’s goal of a user-personalized experience, the Exadel team integrated a translation service to allow website localization across the world.
Results
The web platform now unites all client websites and business units, providing a unified experience for visitors. Through regular portal updates, the web platform is up-to-date and integrated with modern tools, including Touch UI dialogues, an updated core components library, editable templates, content services and experience fragments, stateless Authentication with an Encapsulated Token. SEO improvements, and reduced page load time. These upgrades have brought new traffic and client engagement. Localization has also contributed to these improvements, since users can see the site in different countries and regions.
