UBS: Building a FinTech App that Connects Customers with Financial Advisors
UBS is the biggest bank in Switzerland, operating in more than 50 countries with about 65,000+ employees around the world. It is considered the world’s largest manager of private wealth assets, with over 2.2 trillion in invested assets, and remains a leading provider of retail banking and commercial banking services in Switzerland.
UBS needed to make the bank’s financial advisors accessible to their clients so they could get customer-related information as quickly as possible to offer the best solutions to their own clients, while complying with industry security standards.
The app works seamlessly with corporate email, can access documents on corporate shared drives, and has the functionality to download documents for offline usage. Lastly, the app provides its own RSS viewer to show UBS’s internal RSS feeds.
