Get to know more about Lindsay: her achievements at Exadel, why she chooses to work here, and her biggest passions.
What is your greatest customer achievement?
Internally advocating for design within our organization. My goal has been to shift the perception of UX/UI and demonstrate that designers are here to make everyone’s lives easier and more enjoyable.
With this in mind, I am continually reaching out to all of our departments to understand how I can better support their efforts. I believe that in doing so I am able to intelligently design better products and user experiences, from sales and marketing all the way through to the client’s end product.
Why did you choose Exadel?
I get to work on a large variety of projects with people who are passionate, intelligent and enjoy solving problems. They appreciate the benefit of a great user experience and involve our design team from start to finish.
I have also been able to experience working on a large global team, which is hard to find. This has enabled me to broaden my perspective as a designer.
What are your passions?
My family, first and foremost. I also like reading Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy, watching shows and films like The Office and Star Trek TNG, plus painting, eating chocolate, and drinking cinnamon tea. Occasionally I teach WordPress to young adults on the spectrum at Encircle Tech.
