Marketing Manager

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to join our People Operations Marketing team.

Requirements:  

• 3+ years of experience as a Marketing Manager or a similar role
• Proven experience in applying online and offline marketing principles and practices successfully
• Understanding of Social Media Marketing and Google Ads principles&objectives
• Experience working with Google Analytics and building and maintaining reports, knowledge of key web traffic metrics
• Ability to compose, track, and report budgets, ensuring effective resource planning across the regions and marketing tools
• Strong time management and multitasking skills
• Strong interpersonal communication&leadership skills, ability to manage an international team effectively

English level: 
Advanced

Nice to have:

• Previous experience working in IT company

Responsibilities: 

• Develop strategies and tactics to build a strong Exadel HR brand across target regions and drive the traffic of qualified candidates to the company
• Collaborate closely with Recruitment, Education&HR teams to ensure marketing strategies and tactics are aligned with the corporate vector
• Ensure consistent and high-quality internal and external corporate communications&projects delivery
• Initiate and assess a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, performance analysis&content marketing
• Prepare and monitor the marketing budget 
• Prepare weekly and monthly updates&reports
• Oversee and approve marketing materials, from website banners to hard copy brochures&merch
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry&marketing best practices and technologies
