Requirements:
- 10+ years of sales experience
- A Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience in driving the entire sales cycle from initial customer engagement to closed sales
- Willingness to refine customer segmentation, assist with territory management, and help create a plan to enhance upsell, cross-sell, and net new opportunities
- Ability to qualify prospects against company criteria for ideal customers and sales
- Knowledge of development principles for sales-related resource documents, including training manuals, procedures, and policies
- Experience with tools for reporting sales activity; providing forecasts on the best case and most likely sales volumes over relevant time periods
- Knowledge of systems for tracking and analyzing KPIs for growth, win/loss rates, upsells, renewals, quota attainment, and identifying individual performance areas for improvement
Nice to Have: - Previous experience working for an IT Company
- Work experience in direct-contacting methods such as calling and face-to-face meetings, and indirect methods such as networking
English level:
Upper-Intermediate or above (B2 – A1)
Responsibilities:
- Following-up with leads to arrange sales calls
- Developing relationships with prospective clients
- Coordinating between prospective clients and the Sales Support/Client Engagement team
- Drafting and delivering sales proposals
- Taking clients through the SOW process
- Adding new logos to the Customer`s portfolio
