Requirements:

  • 10+ years of sales experience
  • A Bachelor’s Degree
  • Experience in driving the entire sales cycle from initial customer engagement to closed sales
  • Willingness to refine customer segmentation, assist with territory management, and help create a plan to enhance upsell, cross-sell, and net new opportunities 
  • Ability to qualify prospects against company criteria for ideal customers and sales 
  • Knowledge of development principles for sales-related resource documents, including training manuals, procedures, and policies 
  • Experience with tools for reporting sales activity; providing forecasts on the best case and most likely sales volumes over relevant time periods
  • Knowledge of systems for tracking and analyzing KPIs for growth, win/loss rates, upsells, renewals, quota attainment, and identifying individual performance areas for improvement
     
    Nice to Have:
  • Previous experience working for an IT Company
  • Work experience in direct-contacting methods such as calling and face-to-face meetings, and indirect methods such as networking

English level:
Upper-Intermediate or above (B2 – A1)

Responsibilities:

  • Following-up with leads to arrange sales calls
  • Developing relationships with prospective clients
  • Coordinating between prospective clients and the Sales Support/Client Engagement team
  • Drafting and delivering sales proposals
  • Taking clients through the SOW process
  • Adding new logos to the Customer`s portfolio
