We are looking for an experienced Social Media Marketing Specialist in LATAM to join our creative team.

Requirements:  

  • 1+ years of experience as an SMM specialist or similar role
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms and their respective participants (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) and how they can be deployed in different scenarios
  • Ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and verbal format and build and maintain relationships
  • Hands-on experience with Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Business Manager
  • Understanding of Google Analytics and building and maintaining reports
  • Good understanding of marketing principles
  • Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
  • Experience with doing audience research
  • Good time management skills
  • Excellent multi-tasking skills
  • Excellent command of Spanish and English, both written and spoken, ability to produce high-quality, catchy, and engaging content in Spanish

Nice to have-:

  • Previous experience working in IT company
  • Experience with HubSpot, Buffer, or similar platform

Responsibilities: 

  • Manage, develop, and monitor the Exadel brand and content across social media and content syndication platforms
  • Create and implement social media and content strategy, tactics, and best practices including oversight of the company brand and message in LATAM region
  • Be responsible for developing and managing social post schedule/calendar, supporting and managing social campaigns (ads, boosts, etc.), developing and distributing thought leadership content across Exadel social platforms
  • Track and report traffic and community&campaigns’ growth metrics and analysis
  • Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
  • Answer questions from Exadel followers on social networks. Respond in a timely manner with regards to compliments, complaints, and questions received through various social media platforms and coordinate with appropriate departments
