Delivery Director

We are currently looking for a talented individual to join our company as a Delivery Director. As part of our team, you will lead our client delivery operations with a team of professionals, develop our professional services engagements, and support a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience growing and managing client relationships and managing complex professional services contracts
• Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to details
• Being a hands-on qualified professional with strong project and program management experience
• Resource management experience (managing and developing other managers)
• Strong understanding of software development and project management practices and tools
• Experience of working with distributed teams
• Strong communication skills
• Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
• Crisis management experience

Responsibilities: 

• Taking responsibility for the portfolio’s success and delivery
• Support portfolio metrics growth and meeting KPI targets (including financial KPIs)
• Provide guidance in organizing and maintaining Agile process
• Work across multiple departments
• Mentor and manage team of Project Management professionals
• Risk management across portfolio projects
• Helping Project Managers to handle crises
• Take a leadership role in most critical programs and projects
