We are looking for a VP of Digital Business Transformation who will be responsible for building our sales pipeline, wins, partnerships, and overall Digital Transformation solution strategy.

Based in the US, but will be driving global sales activity and success

Requirements:

  • At least ten years of sales experience, especially driving net new opportunities, in a software engineering services environment
  • High level of relevant domain knowledge in order to have meaningful conversations with prospects
  • Experience with utilizing emerging technology
  • Facilitation/engagement/consulting/influencing skills
  • Ability to think both strategically and tactically
  • Experience in the process of digital transformation
  • Experience with leading large organizations
  • Strong leadership and communication skills

Responsibilities: 

  • Establish relationships with new customers and secure contracts that achieve assigned sales quotas and targets
  • Refine customer segmentation, assist with territory management, and help create a plan to enhance upsell, cross-sell, and renewal processes
  • Drive the entire sales cycle, from initial customer engagement to closing sales
  • Prospect for potential customers using various direct methods, including calling and face-to-face meetings, and indirect methods, such as networking
  • Qualify prospects against company criteria for ideal customers and sales
  • Consult prospects about business challenges and requirements, as well as the range of options and benefits
  • Develop sales-related resource documents, including training manuals, procedures, and policies
  • Draft and deliver proposals
  • Develop and maintain key account plans that identify strategic motivators, main stakeholders, buying processes, forecasted sales, and opportunities for the company to deliver value
  • Report on sales activity
  • Provide forecasts on best cases and sales volumes over relevant time periods
  • Work with delivery teams to address problems proactively
  • Manage sales contracts, track customers, and coordinate cross-functional activities across departments
  • Provide feedback to company management on market trends, competitive threats, unmet needs, and opportunities
  • Track and analyze KPIs for growth, win/loss rates, upsells, renewals, and quota attainment, and identify individual performance areas for improvement
