We are looking for an ambitious Human Resource Specialist (HR Specialist) to join our dream team and who will be liable for the Kadry in Warsaw, Poland. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes.   • At least two years of experience in a similar position
  • Practical knowledge of Polish labor law and social security regulations
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, as well as strong communication skills
  • Experience in an  IT company is a plus
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to act independently and take initiative when proposing solutions
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and achieve results in a fast-paced, heavily-distributed team environment

Nice to Have:

  • Degree in Human Resources or a related field is a plus

English Level:


  • Implement processes related to the handling of employee matters and the collection and proper transfer of employee documents, including taking care of updating personal data
  • Support processes related to employment and termination of employment contracts
  • Service employment and civil law contracts, keeping records of working time
  • Handle non-wage employee benefits (accident insurance, medical care, group insurance, sports cards, etc.)
  • Prepare and verify data for payroll
  • Support activities in the field of the Company Social Benefits Fund (ZFŚS)
  • Prepare HR documents related to the course of employment
  • Analyze and report on various data connected to HR processes
