  • Project management skills
  • Delivery skills (key milestones and tranches-oriented approach)
  • Cooperation with different stakeholders and business representatives with non-technical mindsets; the ability to proof your approaches and deliverables to non-technical staff
  • Practical skills in coordinating different technical teams – DevOps, development teams, release management teams, etc., in different development and production environments, using formal rules of escalations, creating the tickets, and using standard service desk tools

Project performance management skills:

  • Budget performance management
  • Jira KPI board: Velocity, Burndown chart, capacity planning, and the estimation of tasks (with remaining time)
  • KPI SQ based

Budgeting skills:

  • T-shirt CAPEX and OPEX budget forecast
  • Annual planning – tranche based approach

Nice to Have:

  • Practical experience in the Enterprise segment, with an ability to quickly and effectively adapt to the accounts or projects assigned (performance of formal rules, recommendations, and practices)
  • The ability to find a rational balance between formal rules and the deliverable expected

English level:


  • Schedule and facilitate planning meetings (using a scrum-like process with the following mandatory meetings: daily standups, sprint closure, sprint planning, and retrospective)
  • Facilitate backlog creation so it completes within a time-boxed session
  • Use Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) as each user story can be written as a series of tests using the BDD language
