We are looking for a qualified, highly organized, and efficient Sales Assistant to work in our primarily US-based sales & marketing department (relocation unnecessary) to start immediately. This person will report to the Sales & Marketing Operations Manager (SMO Manager).

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM (or similar CRM) and Excel as part of job responsibilities
  • Strong communication ability including advanced spoken and written English
  • Attention to detail
  • Analytical aptitude
  • Ability to multitask and switch focus quickly
  • Knack for diplomacy to deal with high-level staff
  • Willingness to adjust daily schedule to better overlap with colleagues in U.S. time zones

English level:
Intermediate/Upper-Intermediate

Responsibilities:

  • Work with salespeople, entering data as required, to ensure that information in Salesforce is up-to-date and in conformance with sales process standards set by Sales & Marketing Operations
  • Assist the CFO with preparing spreadsheets and other tasks needed for forecasting company revenue
  • Maintain various Excel spreadsheets with additional information and reporting related to the sales process under the direction of the SMO Manager, Global Marketing Director, and CFO
  • Ensure that the data in related internal systems (accounting, resource planning, etc.) is consistent with the data in Salesforce
  • Generate and develop reports and dashboards from Salesforce under the guidance of the SMO Manager to enable company executives and the sales team to better understand the state of the sales pipeline from lead generation to forecasted revenue
  • Ensure that contractual documents (SOWs, MSAs, etc.) for Exadel engagements are organized and up-to-date
  • Assist the SMO Manager in other tasks required for sales process management
