We’re looking for a Senior Manual QA to join our innovative team! In this role, you will write and execute test cases to exercise the functionality of the Customer’s web or mobile applications and ensure overall quality.

About Our Project:
The project is a school administration software for recruiting, hiring, time tracking, managing absences, and running professional development, special education, and interventions.

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years in a Manual Tester role with QA automation experience
  • Knowledge of IT quality assurance governance processes and procedures
  • Knowledge of various types of testing – unit, system, integration, performance, stress, API, regression, and automation
  • Excellent verbal, written, and graphical communication skills
  • Experience in one or more of the following tools: Selenium, Katalon, Postman, Fiddler, SOAPUI, Test Project, Cucumber, etc. You must be very comfortable, and have in-depth expertise, with at least one QA tool
  • Expertise in at least one bug tracking tool
  • Experience testing web or mobile APIs, including REST APIs
  • Experience writing tests for multiple browser and mobile platforms
  • Experience with Agile methodologies

Intermediate +

Responsibilities:

  • Learn quickly, including new tools and techniques
  • Maintain and update our existing manual test suites
  • Develop end-to-end software test cases and suites to validate specific features and use cases
  • Thoroughly understand our domain knowledge, allowing you to effectively test individual system components at all levels while simultaneously considering the impact to the aggregate environment
  • Document, track, and resolve defects identified in testing by working collaboratively with the appropriate project team members
  • Develop subject matter expertise for your domain by staying on top of trends and best practices in the world of manual and automation testing
  • Thrive in a team environment and enjoy working with and supporting Development, Project Managers, and Product Managers
  • Work well independently and in a fast-paced environment
