We are looking for a Recruitment Marketing Assistant to join our innovative company backed by great people!

Responsibilities:

  • Create attractive job descriptions for open positions in the company
  • Communicate with PMs, BAs, and HR to find the information necessary for writing effective job descriptions
  • Update the Careers section at exadel.com
  • Update the list of open positions on Confluence
  • Create Exadel News Belarus every week
  • Create Exadel News Global every month
  • Execute administrative tasks connected with Recruitment Marketing activities
  • Support Recruitment Marketing team in day-to-day tasks upon need

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Google Docs, Google Sheets, MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word)
  • Experience with HTML would be a great advantage
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Excellent multitasking skills
  • Desire to learn
  • Attention to detail and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good English skills
  • Note: this is a part-time job

English level:
Intermediate +
