You will be a part of an international team of HR managers and work directly with the Lead HRM. - Assist with the day-to-day operations of the HR department
- Help with newcomer pre-boarding and preparations for the start
- Conduct newcomers’ onboarding training
- Maintain and update employee-related records
- Assist with employee education processes
- Prepare background check information
- Control consistency of internal systems, generate reports
- Work with internal HR system, process time off and assignments procedures
- Help with updating HR-related policies
- Facilitate employee offboarding
- Assist event manager
- Take care of the office related issues
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Great organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in or the ability to quickly learn human resource information systems and similar software (including GSuite, Microsoft Office)
- Prior related office experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of labor law
