Currently we are seeking a Senior Ansible DevOps, who will be responsible for designing and developing solutions and building a number of Ansible features.

About the Customer:
Founded in 2002, the customer is a New York-based analytics company, with 2,800 employees in various locations internationally. The company sells software and hardware products for client engagement management, security, surveillance, and business intelligence. The customer’s products are designed to assist clients in data analysis, specifically large data sets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years of hands-on experience working in a DevOps environment using Ansible
- Knowledge of Terraform
- Strong experience with Powershell and Powershell DSC
- Good knowledge of Jenkins and Git
- Experience with Active Directory and Windows file servers
- Experience with Java web-application servers of various types
- Experience with AppDynamics
- Strong problem solving, analytical, time management and system architecture skills
- Data management skills
- Large scale application deployment experience
Nice to have:
- Experience with Jira/Confluence
- Basic networking (IP addresses, DNS, routing tables)
Responsibilities:
- Be a go-to resource for all issues connected with Ansible
- Design, create, deliver, and support the deployment of Ansible automation within customer environments
- Support development teams in technical questions of continuous integration/continuous delivery
- Contribute to and maintain best practices and standards
- Research and recommend innovative approaches for system administration tasks
- Troubleshoot
