Chief of Staff
Christian Bailey is the Chief of Staff at Exadel. In this position, Christian’s primary focus is to drive operational excellence across the company.
Christian, originally from the UK, has spent his career working in Business Consulting and Operational Leadership roles, working all over the world including Europe, Africa, the Middle East and for the last 10 years, in the US.
He has experience in both start up environments as well as in well established multinational corporations.
Christian holds an Engineering and Business Studies degree from Coventry University in the UK.
Chief Delivery Officer
Alexey Girzhadovich serves as the Chief Delivery Officer at Exadel. He is responsible for implementing a comprehensive project delivery strategy, ensuring Exadel delivers value for customers and partners alike.
Alexey leads and develops a high-caliber global delivery organization capable of scaling fast to meet the company’s business needs. He also cultivates a strong thought leadership role for Exadel in the adoption of changes and the understanding of trends in technology. In his work he cooperates closely with sales and account management teams to provide outstanding sales support and develop deeply rooted relationships with existing and new customers.
Alexey is an accomplished leader with a lengthy track record of work with high-growth software companies, having served in multiple roles and teams at both WorkFusion and Exadel. In his two years at WorkFusion, Alexey quickly advanced to become the Director of Delivery Management. Prior to WorkFusion, Alexey worked at Exadel for the better part of a decade, making the transition from stellar developer to stellar project manager.
Alexey holds a BS in Computational and Applied Mathematics from the Belarusian State University.
EVP and Co-Head of Global Consulting
Nick Graham is the EVP and the Co-Head of Global Consulting. He is responsible for consulting’s go to market strategy and strategic partnerships.
Nick has 23 years of management consulting experience solving complex problems for clients across many industries and verticals. Prior to Exadel, Nick was founder and co-CEO of Coppei a digital business transformation consultancy. His consulting experience initially started with Deloitte Consulting and Slalom.
Nick holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business from the University of Washington with concentrations in information systems and marketing.
Vice President, Strategic Account Development
Nelly Karasik is Vice President of Strategic Account Development at Exadel. Her current responsibilities include management of sales and relationships with customers and working with customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of Exadel’s solutions in accordance with customer needs.
She brings with her more than 30 years of technical expertise to enhance business development, service delivery, and operational optimization. Prior to joining Exadel, Nelly held management positions at AT&T, Sun Microsystems, and Oracle.
She holds a BS in Computer Science from City University of New York, Brooklyn College.
Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors
Fima Katz serves as the Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors. He founded the company in 1998 with a vision to fundamentally improve the way companies use innovative technology to digitally transform. Fima sets the strategic direction of Exadel, promotes Exadel’s strong people-first culture, and ensures the company’s sustainable growth driving long-term shareholder value. He especially focuses on supporting a robust sales team and driving innovation strategies.
Fima brings more than 20 years of experience in the information technology industry. Prior to Exadel, he held managerial and technical positions at Wells Fargo Bank, Bank of America, and Concorde Solutions. Fima is a recognized authority and speaker on distributed object architectures, open source, Java, XML, and DOA technologies and has co-authored The Essential Guide to Object Monitors (Wiley, 1999).
Chief Operations Officer
Elena Krukovskaya serves as Chief Operations Officer at Exadel. She is responsible for Exadel’s global operations (including recruiting and IT), translating strategy into actionable goals for performance and growth while aggressively managing costs and expenses according to budget. She also establishes policies that promote company culture and vision, helps to implement organization-wide goal setting, performance management, and annual operational planning, and ensures that the company maintains a high level of social responsibility wherever it does business.
Elena joined Exadel in 2007 as an HR Manager and worked her way up the ranks, expanding and eventually leading her division. Working globally, she focuses on maintaining a coherent company culture of openness, positivity, and professionalism across various countries, regions, and offices.
Elena holds an MBA from the Rotterdam School of Management. When she’s not focusing on the Exadel team, she prefers quiet pursuits like vacationing in Italy, cultivating flowers, and making jewelry.
EVP and Co-Head of Global Consulting
Travis Larsen is the EVP and the Co-Head of Global Consulting. He is responsible for the vision, strategy, delivery, and operations of consulting services around the world.
Travis has 25 years of management consulting experience beginning with Deloitte Consulting and then as founder and Co-CEO of Coppei, a digital business transformation consultancy which eventually merged with Exadel to become Exadel Consulting. He has deep experience with guiding clients through big impact strategic investments in technology all the way through digital adoption and ROI. Travis is as comfortable in Fortune 100 boardrooms as he is working on a foldout table with startup founders.
Travis holds a BA in International Business and Marketing from Washington State University.
Darren Oberst is the CEO of Exadel. As CEO, Darren is responsible for the overall strategy and day-to-day execution across all functions of the company on a global basis.
Darren’s priority is to build upon Exadel’s strong heritage of people-first culture, technical excellence and commitment to client success, while driving the company to the next wave of strategic growth. Prior to joining Exadel in 2021, Darren worked previously at HCL Technologies and IBM.
Darren has a J.D. from Harvard Law School, and B.A. in Physics and Philosophy from UC-Berkeley.
EVP and Head of Digital Experience
Lev Shur is the EVP and the Head of Digital Experience. He is responsible for the strategy, sales, and delivery of digital experience services and managing key alliances and partnerships.
Lev is a seasoned business development executive and software entrepreneur. Before Exadel, Lev was founder and CEO of 741 Studios, a fintech strategic consulting firm that eventually merged with Exadel. Prior to that, he was Vice President of Analytics at LifeStreet, a digital marketing agency. He was also one of the co-founders of Exigen, a provider of transformational software and BPO services for the financial and insurance industries.
Lev holds an MS in Physics from the University of Latvia.
Chief Revenue Officer
Doug Snadecki is the Chief Revenue Officer of Exadel. Doug is responsible for revenue and GTM strategy and implementing best-in-class sales processes and KPIs.
Doug’s focus is partnering with clients to help them achieve accelerated business outcomes, leveraging Exadel’s proven track record of delivery excellence, innovation, and quality. Our sales and account management teams will deliver significant growth with current clients, and also attract new clients. Client success is the foundation for Exadel’s growth and impact. Before joining Exadel, Doug worked at HCL Software and IBM.
Doug has a BA from Williams College.
VP Consulting Delivery
Becky Watson is the Vice President of Consulting Delivery. She is responsible for the global delivery of Business Consulting Services across capabilities, helping customers and partners transform their business, navigate complex strategic initiatives, and deliver exceptional results. Along with ensuring customer success, Becky is responsible for growing and developing leaders and high performing teams within our consulting capability areas. She is passionate about creating and maintaining a strong culture within our organization that takes on big challenges, inspires thought leadership and values diversity, where the best and brightest consultants find community, feel known and vital, do their best work, and grow their careers.
Becky has 24 years of management consulting experience, spanning time with Accenture and Slalom, followed by founding a local management consulting company. She then joined Coppei to help grow and manage their consulting business and shape their culture. Coppei later merged with Exadel.
Becky holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Gonzaga University.
