Chief of Staff
Christian Bailey is the Chief of Staff at Exadel. In this position, Christian drives operational excellence across the company.
Christian has spent his career working in Business Consulting and Operational Leadership roles all over the world, including Europe, Africa, the Middle East, and for the last 10 years, in the US. He has experience in start up environments and well-established multinational corporations.
Christian holds an Engineering and Business Studies degree from Coventry University in the UK.
EVP FinTech Solutions
Terry is a leading name in the investment banking & technology industries with over thirty years of senior leadership experience. He founded CPQi in 2007 with a vision to bring top-quality technology services to the American financial markets. CPQi was purchased by Exadel in 2022 and became Exadel Financial Services. He’s also co-founded three other companies.
Prior to establishing CPQi, Terry was CTO at one of the largest banks in the world. He is a regular speaker and writer, and has been featured in the Economist, Financial Times, the Banker, the FT, and a range of other financial markets media channels. Terry has a masters in Euroasia Studies from INSEAD.
CEO Exadel Brazil
With over 25 years of financial markets experience, Cesar is responsible for all activities and strategies related to LATAM Financial Services operations, including sales, marketing, finance, HR, and IT.
Before joining Exadel FS, he was the Latin America Director at Murex, the Latin America Director at Misys, and a Head of Sales at Thomson Reuters.
He has an MBA in Business Management from University of California, an MBA in Sales Management from FGV, and is a certified coach and mentor.
Chief Delivery Officer
Alexey Girzhadovich serves as the Chief Delivery Officer at Exadel. He is responsible for implementing a comprehensive project delivery strategy and has a final say in the adoption of changes along with distinguishing technology trends.
Alexey is an accomplished leader with a lengthy work record at high-growth software companies. He has worked at Exadel for the better part of a decade, making the transition from developer to project manager and then to the executive team.
Alexey holds a BS in Computational and Applied Mathematics from the Belarusian State University.
EVP and Co-Head of Global Consulting
Nick Graham is the EVP and the Co-Head of Global Consulting. He is responsible for consulting’s go-to-market strategy and strategic partnerships.
Nick has 23 years of management consulting experience solving complex problems for clients across many industries and verticals. Prior to Exadel, Nick was founder and co-CEO of Coppei, a digital business transformation consultancy. His consulting experience initially started with Deloitte Consulting and Slalom.
Nick holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business from the University of Washington with concentrations in Information Systems and Marketing.
Vice President, Strategic Account Development
Nelly Karasik is Vice President of Strategic Account Development at Exadel. She manages sales and relationships with customers and works with cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of software solutions.
She brings with her more than 30 years of technical expertise enhancing business development, service delivery, and operations. Prior to joining Exadel, Nelly held management positions at AT&T, Sun Microsystems, and Oracle.
She holds a BS in Computer Science from City University of New York, Brooklyn College.
Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors
Fima Katz serves as the Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors. He founded the company in 1998 with a vision of fundamentally improving the way companies use innovative technology. Fima sets the strategic direction of Exadel, promotes Exadel’s strong people-first culture, and ensures the company’s sustainable growth, driving long-term shareholder value.
Fima brings more than 20 years of experience in the information technology industry. Prior to Exadel, he held managerial and technical positions at Wells Fargo Bank, Bank of America, and Concorde Solutions. Fima is a recognized authority and speaker on distributed object architectures, open-source, Java, XML, and DOA technologies and has co-authored The Essential Guide to Object Monitors (Wiley, 1999).
Chief Operations Officer
Elena Krukovskaya serves as Chief Operations Officer at Exadel. She is responsible for Exadel’s global operations (including recruiting and IT) and translating strategy into actionable goals while aggressively managing costs and expenses. She also establishes company culture policies and vision and does annual operational planning.
Elena joined Exadel in 2007 as an HR manager and worked her way up the ranks. Working globally, she maintains the company’s culture of openness, positivity, and professionalism across all Exadel offices.
Elena holds an MBA from the Rotterdam School of Management.
EVP and Co-Head of Global Consulting
Travis Larsen is the EVP and the Co-Head of Global Consulting. He is responsible for the vision, strategy, delivery, and operations of consulting services around the world.
Travis has 25 years of management consulting experience beginning with Deloitte Consulting and then as founder and Co-CEO of Coppei, a digital business transformation consultancy, which eventually merged with Exadel. He guides clients through big-impact strategic investments all the way through digital adoption and ROI.
Travis holds a BA in International Business and Marketing from Washington State University.
VP FinTech Solutions North America
Matt is an ex-CIO, Technology and Business Transformation Executive with 28 years of senior IT leadership experience. He has led diverse teams in the Americas, Europe, and Asia within Financial Services.
Before joining Exadel FS, Matt was a partner at one of the largest business and technology consulting companies in the world, where he managed capital markets, commercial, retail, investment, and transaction banking clients. He was also CIO for the Americas for over 9 years at a worldwide bank with over 40 million customers.
Matt led CPQi led the North America branch of Exadel FS (formerly CPQi) as CIO, before becoming VP of Fintech Solutions for North America at Exadel when CPQi was acquired.
Darren Oberst is the CEO of Exadel. As CEO, Darren is responsible for the overall strategy and day-to-day execution across all functions of the company on a global basis.
Darren’s priority is to build upon Exadel’s strong heritage of people-first culture, technical excellence and commitment to client success, while guiding the company through the next wave of strategic growth. Prior to joining Exadel in 2021, Darren worked at HCL Technologies and IBM.
Darren has a J.D. from Harvard Law School and B.A. in Physics and Philosophy from UC-Berkeley.
EVP & Head of Innovation
Christo Peev is the EVP of Innovation at Exadel. He oversees and implements novel approaches, methods, products, and processes to enhance competitiveness and improve organizational efficiencies. Christo has a strong background in business strategy and product development in the areas of FinTech, Blockchain, Data Processing & Visualization, as well as Web and Mobile Application Development.
Prior to Exadel, he led a fast-growing community of remote software developers located in Central and Eastern Europe as the CEO of Motion Software. Christo was selected by Forbes, Bulgaria, as one of 30 entrepreneurs under 30 who would change the world in 2019.
Christo holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science and MSc in Innovations and Technology Management from the University of Bath, UK.
Carlo Giovano Pires
VP FinTech Solutions
Giovano is a seasoned operational, delivery and technology director with over twenty years of experience leading major operations for international companies, and leading companies into transformation and improvement programs ranging from CMMI to Agile and Devops approach. He is an international speaker and has published several papers on software engineering, delivery management and software quality.
Giovano led Exadel FS (formerly CPQi) as Chief Operating Officer for sixteen years, before becoming Chief Technology Officer, and then VP Financial Technology Solutions.
He has a masters in computer science from the Federal University of Ceara, an MBA from FGV, and a HPL from IMD.
EVP and Head of Digital Experience
Lev Shur is the EVP and the Head of Digital Experience. He is responsible for the strategy, sales, and delivery of digital experience services and managing key alliances and partnerships.
Before Exadel, Lev was founder and CEO of 741 Studios, a fintech strategic consulting firm that eventually merged with Exadel. Prior to that, he was Vice President of Analytics at LifeStreet, a digital marketing agency. He was also one of the co-founders of Exigen, a provider of transformational software and BPO services for the financial and insurance industries.
Lev holds an MS in Physics from the University of Latvia.
Chief Revenue Officer
Doug Snadecki is the Chief Revenue Officer of Exadel. He is responsible for revenue, GTM strategy, and implementing best-in-class sales processes and KPIs.
Doug partners with clients to help them achieve accelerated business outcomes, leveraging Exadel’s proven track record of delivery excellence, innovation, and quality. He helps Exadel’s sales and account management teams deliver significant growth with current clients and attract new clients. Before joining Exadel, Doug worked at HCL Software and IBM.
Doug has a BA from Williams College.
VP Consulting Delivery
Becky Watson is the Vice President of Consulting Delivery. She is responsible for the global delivery of Business Consulting Services, helping customers and partners transform their business, navigate complex strategic initiatives, and deliver exceptional results. Becky grows leaders and develops high-performing teams within Exadel’s consulting capability areas.
Becky has 24 years of management consulting experience, with Accenture and Slalom, followed by founding her own management consulting company. She then joined Coppei to grow and manage their consulting business and shape their culture.
Becky holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Gonzaga University.
