"We opted for the Exadel 3-day onsite training, in which Exadel instructors tailored to cover specific project requirements. The combination of a great tool (Exadel Studio Pro), customized training from competent instructors, and tech support got our team ready to start design implementation within one week."

Onsite Training
Exadel delivers its deep expertise in Java EE and open source technologies right to your site through its onsite trainings.
If you would like find out more, please email us at training@exadel.com.
Currently, Exadel offers completely customized training on your site for the following technologies: - JavaServer Faces
- AJAX (based on RichFaces and Ajax4jsf)
Course Methodology
Exadel's Onsite Training is based on total responsiveness to the needs of your company. For setting up a training course, we need:
- 3 to 4 days at your site
- A physical count of students (a typical class would be 8-20 students)
- Information about the client's corporate needs and the background of the students
Based on this information, Exadel develops a customized course outline and presents this proposal to you. The design and delivery of our courses are informed by these key principles:
- Using hands-on examples as much as possible (typically 70%) to illustrate the technologies
- Lots of support during the training to make the most of the students' time
- Making our own GUI tool, JBoss Developer Tools, available during the class to make the most of the students' time

One of the hallmarks of Exadel's Onsite Training is its complete customizability, so there is no set syllabus. To give you an idea of what a syllabus from our onsite training would be like, here is a representative sample syllabus outline:
