Course Methodology

Exadel's Onsite Training is based on total responsiveness to the needs of your company. For setting up a training course, we need:

3 to 4 days at your site
A physical count of students (a typical class would be 8-20 students)
Information about the client's corporate needs and the background of the students

Based on this information, Exadel develops a customized course outline and presents this proposal to you. The design and delivery of our courses are informed by these key principles:

Using hands-on examples as much as possible (typically 70%) to illustrate the technologies
Lots of support during the training to make the most of the students' time
Making our own GUI tool, JBoss Developer Tools, available during the class to make the most of the students' time
